Reflecting on the past and anticipating the future
As the year comes to a close, many individuals take a retrospective look at the outcomes of their plans and goals, while also contemplating what they aspire to achieve in the upcoming year. At IPP, we have established objectives that necessitate collaborative effort from our employees. The adage “measuring is knowing” serves as a guiding principle in our pursuit.
Among these objectives is achieving a 95% on-time delivery rate, an ambitious target given the current circumstances. While we could lower our standards or extend delivery times to consistently meet this goal, the optimal outcome for all parties involved is aligning needs and expectations to ensure the seamless operation of our customers’ endeavors.
In 2024, all IPP employees are committed to continuing their dedicated service to our customers, ensuring timely delivery of quality parts.
